Then, after thinking about the problem for a while, I decided do something about it myself - because I know for sure that I'm not the only that needs this information.

I can honestly say that I thought I knew exactly what I was supposed to be doing for myself and for my health, however, I was working in vain. What I wanted was completely eluding me.
I thought that at 48 I finally had the time, the space and the energy to have the body that I wanted, and dammit, I was going to get it.

Before I met Yegyan, I had been working out at the gym, but struggled to lose 10 pounds over a period of many months.
